Why is it so difficult to speak to a live person? I just signed up, paid my premium and not able to get ID cards. Very poor start for Coventry.
I've never seen such a poor excuse for a service provider - on a regular basis. It's very hard to believe anyone in your company stands for CARE. You clearly don't. No honest answers, no returned phone calls - just the same pass-the-buck lack of accountability EVERY time I have to call you on an issue. You won't cover anything and can't be bothered. Wouldn't it be a good idea to set up a CUSTOMER SERVICE department?
