I am a long time patient. Everyone is wonderful at Coventry family.
Marc vasquez. Kimberly Tobin continues to refuse to give me an mri when I requested several times. Not the best place to go wouldn’t recommend
Miranda in the scheduling department seriously needs customer service training. That is not how you speak to potential patients, or anyone. And playing around on my voicemail like that? That’s going to right to Tower Customer Care. Yikes, I now understand the poor poor ratings.

I went to this office for more than 20 years and finally had to switch Dr.s. Forget making a call because your sick and need to be seen, they give you an appt that's weeks out or tell you to go to Patient First or ER. I've been to the ER numerous times and the ER Dr.s have told me "that office needs to get their stuff in order". It seems to be more about how many patients they have than actually being able to treat the patient. Sad part I'd there's a few good Dr.s in that facility.
