its a bait and switch over the phone they told me 69 for the eye exam they charged me 200 scam don't go there
never be fooled by this clinic! They confirmed that my check up is covered by my insurance and ended up paying out of pocket! Some of their staff is not friendly!!! looking for new clinic now!
Bit of a misunderstanding/disagreement regarding coverage and cost of replacement lenses due to crazing. Brent liaised with the lab on my behalf and problem was solved. Very happy customer! My family and I have been going to Coventry for over 2 decades! Very capable, competent and courteous staff on every level of service. Highly recommended! Paul van den Heuvel
