Would not recommend. Take your business elsewhere. They refuse to deal with insurance. Too much work for their limited staff.
My 4 yr. old grandson lives with me 5 days per week and I take him to all his medical appointments, including therapy, as he is autistic. No other health service takes issue with me attending these appointments, except for this business who requires a parent to attend once per year or basically every second visit. They do not recognize non-traditional family structures, and provide no extended hours in an economy where people cannot afford to take time off of work. We won't be going back.
I have always been pleased by the care and service we have received at Coventry Dental. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment at this place weeks in advance. Took time off work. Got a confirmation text. When I showed up for my appointment the receptionist was incredibly rude and told me I didn’t have an appointment . She didn’t even look up from her desk at me. I told her I got a confirmation text if she wanted to see it but she said no and that I was not booked. Not a good first impression at all. Will not be booking again with these people.
