James has literally just left after fitting my shower room. He's done a brilliant job and I'm so happy with the workmanship. I had pretty much been at work the whole time but he communicated fully with me via text and got on with the job with no disruption to my schedule or household. We had Sean convert our bathroom to a shower room in September and cannot fault either him or Richard. Great communication with Richard while organising dates, clear breakdown of costs and time lines and smooth process throughout and visited on completion to make sure we were happy.
