We are so happy that our Mother lives @ this ALF. The staff is so kind. Jessica the Administrator is very knowledgeable and is very attentive. She can always answer our questions and concerns. The ALF is always clean and great smells come from the kitchen when we pop in for a visit.
My mom has been living there for 7 months and she loves it. The staff is such loving ladies and they treat all the clients like family. Nikki and Fred thank you for allowing my mom to be a part of this big family. The ladies work so hard to keep the facility spotless, the clients clean and happy. They are well fed and loved to. That's rare these days in a facility. Thank you all.
Our mother has been at Coventry for exactly one year this month. We are so blessed to have found a home for her where she feels welcome and special. Coventry is clean, the nurses and aides are attentive to the needs and wants of the residents. From our very first visit, we never had any doubts that Mom would be comfortable there. This place really cares about all their residents. Clean and always so helpful to the family as well as those who live there. I feel so blessed and comfortable that this place is near me and taking such wonderful care of my mom. No negatives at all !!
My parents lived there 2 1/2 years. It's a great place to live. They were wonderful to my Dad and Mom. The staff are wonderful. Nikki and Jessica and so many more spoiled my Mom and Dad. I will miss seeing these caring women. I can't say too many good things about them.
