I would like a response as to why an assisted living facility, housing very delicate people, DOES NOT HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER LISTED WHEN I AM TRYING TO CONNECT WITH SOMEONE WHILE MY DAD IS HAVING A CRISIS. The cost of this place does not match 50% of the quality of care.
I want to be very specific in saying that my 100-year-old mother has spectacular care from a three or four people at Coventry. HOWEVER- the administration of Coventry’s mother company (Trinity HealthCare), goes above and beyond to be DISRESPECTFUL and UNCOMMUNICATIVE. It is virtually impossible to reach upper level administrators, and when you do, they are fabulous at giving lip service with no follow through.
