I've had a wonderful experience every time I've gone to your spa for a service. So much that I trusted you doing my bridal party's hair and makeup for the most special day of my life! Your massage services are my favorite though, always relaxing and made to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this spa for any service.
I have been going to Coventina for 10 years and have never had a bad experience! Ashley does an amazing job on my hair. Honestly, everyone is wonderful and so welcoming!

Disappointed in the lack of professionalism and organization. Messed up my last two services in scheduling so that neither were able to happen. Tried to compensate by veering to a different service for full price. If I wanted that service, would have been booked that way. Also felt discriminated by due to pregnancy this time-sorry not coming back. Going to a spot that has their stuff in order and treats all customers with respect.
I called two weeks ago and they were booked solid. We wanted to use our gift card on their pick two for $89 to get a color & cut style. I asked Nikki, to see about locking in that price since they were booked. She called back and they worked some magic to get us both in at 9am like we wanted on a Sunday. We appreciate it very much. I had a great time during my spa sampler package which was my Christmas present. Inviting and fun the services were great and very well done and the girls were very polite. I haven't been so relaxed since I was a kid!
I have been coming there for a while now and Love how Emily cuts my hair and does my nails...She is very personable........Enjoy each and every visit!
Best group ever. Everyone is fun and genuine and I always enjoy my visits.
