Very overpriced for what you get, also the receptionists are not the nicest or very friendly.
Poor customer service. Polish began chipping immediately. Charged fees that were not disclosed until checking out.
0 stars You need to be more clear about your cancellation policies...plenty of places to get Mani/pedis around Erie with friendlier service and better prices. I will not go back.
Very awesome spa location. Second time here and will make it a point to come back when I’m in the area again. I had a great massage by Coleen both times and she is wonderful!! Also had the choc mud wrap this time...very relaxing. Wife enjoyed a mani & pedi as well. Highly recommend. Great value for quality of service.
