First time ever visiting a spa.. booked appointments with a friend. My girlfriend and I were so excited for our girls day but this was most definitely a huge let down. No one greeted us when we came in just handed COVID paperwork to sign awkwardly in the foyer. The women who performed their services were both very friendly, nothing against them at all. I always enjoyed the spa services and never had any complaints. Staff is always very friendly. I recently went and got my hair done and it didn’t come out anywhere near the way I requested so I wanted to get a refund. The staff was wonderful including the stylist who did my hair but the manager Magen isn’t pleasant to deal with at all. It takes a few days to get her to call you back and when she does, she isn’t pleasant what so ever. I'm sorry you did not the results you expected from your color services. Sometimes it takes more than one session to get the results to match a picture. We did offer complimentary services to darken the roots and you received a full refund.

Yesterday was our first couple massage experience....I have had massages before, but for my husband it was his very first one.....and he loved it😍 Thanks to amazing Mary he will probably go back in the near future.
