If you are looking for extra requests for more money for each and every thing you found him. If you want to have no input on a house build or purchase, look no further! Builder promised to come back within a year and fix settling cracks, nail pops, etc. As long as we contacted him within the year. We did so and is now saying hes not doing so. Now we have to get a lawyer. Do not recommend.
