I am posting this for my wife who recently underwent a mammogram at Covenant Care in Erin Tn. The results of the test required led her physician to request she undergo further diagnostic testing. She was contacted by another facility and scheduled the diagnostic, completed her pre registration and on a Friday, her follow up on Monday, was contacted by the facility performing the diagnostic asking if she had the imaging from her latest exam. It is 12:05. I arrived at 10:50 for an 11 appointment. At 11:30 I went to the front office to see what was taking so long. The doctor saw someone arriving after me. That person is gone. Here I sit. The office closes 12-1.

Asked for medicine refill on the 15th for my son. Doctor is only just now sending medication script to the pharmacy on the 22nd after multiple calls and messages.
When I started seeing Dr Kathy I was so grateful for the Wisdom also knowledge that she showed concerning my health issues, and how she would treat those health issues going forward. Wisdom also knowledge is what any patient would want from their doctor.I have that with Dr. Kathy.
