DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would! My husband is here for work. My son came down with strep. They would not see him, he’s 8, because he would have to fill out new patient forms and their doctor was leaving in 30 minutes. There was one other Vehicle in the parking lot! I am absolutely disgusted by this trash of a place!
My husband went in for a routine appointment to refill a prescription and address ongoing pain from a knee injury. The PA sent him for X-rays that same morning and assured him she would call later that day with the results. It’s now been nearly two full days with no follow-up. When he called to check in, they acted annoyed and told him his care team would “get to it when they get to it.” That level of dismissiveness is unacceptable especially when a patient is trying to get answers about a persistent injury. This place is a joke waiting on hold for over 20 minutes just for the nurse to cut off my every word and hang up the phone
I have Been going to Covenant care for a while now.I recently had to go due to back issues. I seen Dr Tammy Behr who was wonderful She listened to me.Ask questions and over all really cared about what I was going through. It's hard to find Dr's like that now days. I'm hoping to have her as my dr going forward!!
