They provide transportation, but what they don't tell you is they will leave your loved ones at a doctors appointment after it is finished for 6 hours or more and these are disabled elderly one in need of insulin that is at Covenant woods. One of them a disabled vet! The rest of the care was great, but this just takes away all the good!
RecommendedMy step-mother spent the last 18 months of her life there! I would visit everyday, and sometimes even spend the night! My step-mother enjoyed living there! She never was disabled, but her mind was not so good! The food was great and she had many friends while she was there! It is a perfect place for your loved one!
My dad has been at Covenant woods for 2 yrs and I would and do recommend They are a very special family group.

You do not get what you pay for. Housekeeping is NOT that great. The extra care you PAY for could be better. The Referral program is a JOKE. My father was cheated out of 2 referrals.
My mother lived at Covenant Woods for several years and we as her family could not have been more pleased with care there. They say everything rises and falls on leadership, from Nona all the way to every aid that cared for our mother with love and concern for her special needs. We recommend Covenant Woods to anyone looking for a place for your loved ones.
