Called and got someone to come out and measure same day, figured it would be an awesome local company to have do our floors as they seemed quick and professional. Over 2 weeks now and we have yet to receive a call back regarding just our quote! We have left 3 messages and as we discussed with the person who measured, we are ready to go ASAP. Very unfortunate. Covenant Wood Flooring just finished my hardwood floors last week, and they did an excellent job. The manager came by personally to help me select a stain, and a couple of months later when I was ready to conduct the work, she gave me another opportunity to change my mind on the stain (which I did, and I'm glad!) The floor sanding crew was very courteous- they even helped me move some garbage bags. Also, they used a no-dust sanding technique that kept the mess way down. The folks at Covenant Wood Flooring were lifesavers! We had been doing some remodeling in our 30+ year old log home for the last several months. We were so anxious to get things back to normal and having the floors done was the last step. We thought we had someone lined up to do the work and when that fell through, we were at a loss. Wonderful company! Courteous, prompt, clean and trustworthy. Did the job just like they said they would, for the quoted price, in the timeframe promised. The dust free system is really amazing, absolutely no dust left in the house! Highly recommended!
We just had the carpet in our bedroom replaced with hardwood. Linda, Keith and their crew were prompt and professional throughout the process. The dust-free sanding was as good as advertised - absolutely no mess! Our floor is more beautiful than we'd dreamed and we've already scheduled refinishing of the hardwood already in our home.
