Terrible first experience!! The company picked my parent up 45 minutes late! The original driver was “on their way” for 20 minutes with no one in sight. We also arrived 30 minutes late to their appointment. Then the door handle was already broken and the driver could not open the sliding door. We couldn’t get my parent out.
