I don't think I'd recommend Covenant title as a closing company. While in person on closing day with Sam (who was great!) and the lawyer went smoothly, the lead up was disorganized and a bit stressful due to lack of communication. We reached out two weeks early to see about any further paperwork that was needed and never heard back. While our experience in-person on the closing day was mostly smooth, with the notary and Samantha being very organized and professional, the whole lead up to closing was a debacle and the person coordinating our closing was wildly incompetent. We had provided all of our documentation well ahead of time, however, they seem to not know what documents were even needed and were completely lost 24 hours before closing, scrambling to get organized. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
Samantha and Matt were knowledgeable, patient, and prompt throughout the closing process. They were on top of every detail including rolling with some changes minutes before our schedule closing time. Highly recommend!
