definitely do not recommend covenant I have been with them for a long time and only chose them for a long time but their service has gotten horrible I had to go to the ER this last time because I thought I was either having a heart attack or stroke and they were going to do a EKG on me and lifted my shirt with the curtain open and everything and exposed me and I have severe PTSD from childhood from things I've gone through and it triggered me maybe have a severe panic attack … See more
This place is horrible. We have been waiting since 9:30 pm, it is now 2:00 am. The ER is not packed at all like it normally is. I’ve seen people come via ambulance, walk around, get something from the vending machine, talk and talk about how many people should be at an urgent care and not here & they still took her back before people that are coughing up a lung or before my husband and we got here before her. I’ve recently had to have both of my grandparents taken to the er due to falls and fractures. Both times the ER staff, ER dr. on both shifts, radiology techs, trauma surgeons, etc have been amazing. I appreciate everyone making sure their pain was under control, keeping us updated with the plan of care and being available when we needed something. Way to go ER, y’all are amazing!

Triage nurse in ER makes it very apperant he runs the hospital and makes patients feel like they have burdened his day by coming in. I have been waiting for 3 hrs to be seen, with at any given time 7 people in waiting room. i have watched 3 people leave to go to UMC based on attitudes for staff and security. This hospital use to be best out of choices to go to but has gotten to be the worst. From staff to facitlity do yourself or loved one a favor and search for assistance elsewhere.
I've had it with the nightmares from my hospital stay. You didn't even solve my problem just created a new problem to go with it. Is that how you treat all your patients? I'll never forget the staff, worst in my life.

So I was at covenant health because one of my friends had to be there and absolutely no one checked up on him the 30 mins I was there I had to help him with everything. This ER sucks and will never recommend it to anyone they only care about themselves and not about the patient. No one can wait in the lobby even if it’s not full and is asked to wait outside. This is a horrible establishment.
