I will never use this lab again. They screwed up my coding for a routine blood draw and have refused to correct it, costing me almost $200. The person responsible has all their calls going to voicemail and they never respond. Update: I appealed this coding issue with BCBSM and have been making payments to Covenant, but they sent it to collections anyway. DO NOT USE THIS LAB!!
