Covenant Living is very good at what they do in that they ensure all residents are safe, follow all state requirements and really care about the people who stay there. The facility is clean, staff is happy, smiling and though I’ve read reviews that some don’t appreciate staff talking with each other on the halls, I’d rather hear happy staff discussing their plans etc than hearing complaints. Understaffed at night time can't get medication your medication is not in stock my dad went there with a fractured hip the treatment was terrible he end up getting an ulcer on his heel a urine tract infection and a blood clot with 24-hour service.
