I showed up to an appointment 10 minutes early, and was told to reschedule. I had been waiting for this appointment for a month and now have to wait a month again. It was with Dr. Loveless's office, not saying its her fault but the staff for her office are extremely rude and its disappointing having to wait another month.
Stop sending me letters & notifications!!! I don’t live in Texas. Yalll are inept and horrible. Waiting over 10 minutes on the phone weekly to get this fixed for the past year. If not fixed I will conduct with legal counsel.
