The Valet service boys are very unhelpful and non supporrtive of the elderly! Shame on them. Wont ever atteot to use them again.
This place sucks! They make you wait having people screaming in pain really they should be shut down and the staff OMG just look at you and laugh like serious especially the night staff it's crazy if you don't like your job don't work there come on they should be fired for that
I could have driven 6 hours back to Georgetown, gone to St. David’s, and driven back to lubbock in the amount of time it’s taken to be seen at Covenant Medical Center. Patient care sucks. Heard someone get my nurse for me and heard her purposefully ignore me. Not satisfied at all. The nurses would rather talk about their divorce rather than check on their patient.
Worst place ever if you go to the ER they’ll leave you to die
