I am surprised that this location does not have at least 4 stars. We were seen promptly and treated with compassion & thorough care. Special thank you to Jamie Schwartz, NP who made my 11 year old feel very much at ease during his sutures today.
The lab experience was great. Mindy checked me in & drew my blood. It was a quick walk-in. She chatted with me & made a smooth process.
I’ve had good experiences at this MedExpress in the past, but today was disappointing. I was seen for an acute sore throat and shared with the provider, Sypitowski, that a single in-office dose of dexamethasone had worked very well for me when I had the same issue in April. She told me it didn’t make medical sense and that I didn’t need it. She ended up prescribing a six-day course of a different steroid, even though that medication isn’t typically used for acute sore throat and wasn’t what had helped me before.
