Some staff members were very helpful and supportive, while my experience with others was less positive. I would like to recognize Ms. Jennifer for her kindness and support during my stay. There were times when I felt that residents had limited flexibility regarding certain daily activities. Some staff members were very helpful, while others treated residents as if they were in a correctional facility rather than a youth shelter. Kudos to Ms. Jennifer, she provided good support to make sure I am safe in a country. No kudos to Ms. Gram, and no kudos to another staff member whose name I do not remember, but who has many tattoos, polished hair, and usually wears long nails. I guess things change when I was last there when I was 17 I was put there that place was so bad the security was poor at there job because anyone can walk in with a weapon and the staff dont care for anyone safety as they other people walking into your room whenever they feel like it, there fight always going on the space in there is so small they force 6 people in one room which was horrible, and I was going to school at the time, whe ever I get back they had food for people who works or go to school and they miss dinner, I... read more
