Pardon the long review and my apologies in advance for 1 star review, although it seems expected. My mother Susan was on hospice care with Covenant for nearly 7 months. Being extremely careful not to violate any google rules I'll leave names out. My mother suffers from hepatic encepalopothy, COPD, an chronic pain. Things started great with Covenant. Horrible! Never showed up the night they were supposed to & then blamed it on our family not contacting them. They were provided with all the info they needed by FWBMC.. My husband suffered in pain for 12 hours until we could bring in Emerald Coast Hospice. They were wonderful! He passed the next morning. Do not use these people! Shame! Shame! Shame!
Worst customer service you will ever experience. Takes days for anyone to return your calls, even after escalation.
