Covenant ER saved my life. Thanks to all the nurses and other staff.
Super unprofessional so called nurse. I asked that i have a sharp pain, how many people ahead of me. i have rarely ever met someone so insensitive in aswering patients.
While I get everyone's frustration with our medical system I was honestly impressed with the care from Covenant ER. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, patient, and caring. The receptionist, the techs, the nurses, even the doctors. I came in at midnight with chest pain and shortness of breath, they were quick to get me into a room and run tests. Yes I had to wait a few hours, but I felt they took my concerns seriously and made sure I wasn't in imminent danger. While I'm still left searching for answers, they took good c... read more
If you are having any mental health struggles DO NOT go to Covenant ER. They are very unhelpful and we witnessed the nurses openly mocking another patient in crisis while behind the nurses station desk. Extremely disgusting behavior and very discouraging to someone who came in for HELP. Do better.
