The nicest staff! I interacted with 7 different team members (doctor, RN, x-ray tech, ultrasound, blood work, and staff stocking the room) everyone was very friendly and the staff that wasn’t tasted me would even tell me e “I hope you feel better soon” as they left the room. Yes there was a wait time, but that is what happens in an emergency room of a large hospital. I felt like everyone was doing the best they could to help me and work in a timely manner.

I was just here and had an amazing experience. All the nurses were so nice. They all listened to me and did what they could to make me feel better! I was there for quite a while but overall had a very great experience.

Been in a full waiting room for 4 hours! Actually might get seen if you call a ambulance while waiting in their emergency waiting room Saginaw mi

If I could write a 10 star review for this place I would!! Out of all of my experiences with hospitals this is the best place to go. They are very professional and their hospitality is the best you can ask for. Ive been here quite a bit with my daughter and they looked busy today so to cut them slack I went to another hospital for my 3 yo daughter with severe constipation and waited 2 hours in a waiting room for other patients to get called back that walked in after us so I walked out and went back to covenant and we didn’t ... read more
