Waited for hours for subpar service, almost every staff member was rude, and the payment at time of service was hundreds of dollars before they even bothered billing my insurance and demanded it be paid before leaving the hospital. On top of it all, it was dirty and unkept. Will NEVER be back and recommend anyone reading this to go literally anywhere else
The staff is genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The nurses were so kind and chill and understanding. I even projectile vomited and was extremely apologetic and they were super nice about it and didn’t make me feel bad at all. I’ve had negative experiences at hospitals before but the nurses at covenant were genuinely so kind and professional.
Today I took a love one to the ER. I was treated so rudely when I wanted to go back with her after dropping her off in the front a nurse named Jody that works at the front desk in the ER is so rude. She raised her voice at me and cut me off while I was talking, then got upset when I called her out of her name as she deserved. I tried to call and make a complaint about her, but either her or her supervisor call me back and act as though they could not hear me over and over again. Went in to ER at 3am on a Monday morning with a child in diabetic ketoacidosis, we had no idea he was diabetic. Within minutes there were drs examining him and knew exactly what was going on and within an hour the attending nurse had educated us almost as well as all the following specialists. The care for the remainder of our stay in ICU was phenomenal. Great staff.
Was admitted, treated, and discharged in just over three hours. Staff was very friendly, polite and professional. Thank you Covenant.
