My Husband is in YouVille and he tells us his Family all the time how terrible the food is, I have talked to several people about the food and it doesn’t improve. Now for the last 3 weeks his room has been cold, there is no heat in it. He has complained and I have talked to the receptionist about this matter and nothing gets done. Can’t believe YouVille can get away with treating their patients the way they do.
My Father is in this place , he's not a big fan of it , but it's clean , the nurses seem to be very friendly ... My Dad has cable in his room , a recliner and family pictures up.. also his own washroom with shower .... My Dad has dementia and doesn't want to be in a home so complains that he doesn't like the place , but they have moved him to three different rooms and still finds something to not like ... I myself when I've been there have found the place pleasent to visit but I don't live there..
