No complains To me they seem like they care about your health
They canceled our appointment after we had already arrived!!! And they wonder why we are upset!!! They terribly overbook and patients spend a lot of time waiting and waiting…. They really do not care at the front desk…

Look elsewhere if seeking a vasectomy under the age of 30. I received no response of any kind until I got a referral from my physician, and even then only received two phone calls, the second of which informed me that they were declining to provide this service, without explaining why they were doing so.
