quite literally turned away my 4 year old who got a concussion because his pediatrician didn’t send in a referral ON A SATURDAY WHERE I CANT CALL THEM!! absolutely do not recommend
I came to the clinic with a SEVERE rash. The aprn Mr. Bates ( did not introduce himself , I found him on the internet) ... was very short with me and did not take his time examining me.. he just said my rash had to be an allergic reaction, and said I needed a steroid shot. Before giving it to me, he asked if I had diabetes, I began to answer and say no, but I have been very suspicious lately and do have a family history. . . He cut me off and was very condescending . Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend taking anyone here.
Unfortunately, my first experience with this clinic might have been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. To start the provider didn’t introduce himself or give his title when he came into the room. I actually had to Google the clinic to find out who he was (John Bates). He was also extremely condescending and rude especially when I asked questions. Really hope the rest of the providers aren’t like this but we probably won’t be back.
Love the fast service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and convenience.
