I know people always want to put down some rehabilitation center, but I’m here to spread some love to The Bluff and their staff. Since my sister has been here, some 7 or 8 months, I can tell you they have been very accommodating to her needs. Any time I've requested assistance, they have been there, Mrs. Wendy, Mrs. Celeste and Mrs. Reva are what you look for in leadership. Making the transition to The Bluffs has been the easiest part of a very difficult time for us. Celeste kept us informed and walked us through the entire process seamlessly. I felt like I was working with a family member and not going through an intake process. The entire staff has been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Leaving a loved one is a daunting task. The staff at The Bluffs let us leave in the knowledge that she will be well cared for.
The administrative staff have been extremely helpful through the full process of getting my mom and us situated with her short term to potentially long term stay at The Bluffs. Specifically, Celeste has been a voice of strength and support through the process. My mother’s nurses all seem very kind and their actions show they care.
I would like to commend Michelle Wooten for her observation and quick response to the needs of my brother in law when he returned to the facility after being discharged from the hospital. He was later diagnosed with influenza and a UTI. As a result of her commitment to her clients, my brother in law was able to get the treatment he needed and is now on his way to recovery.
