My mother in law got put into The Bluffs a couple of weeks ago after having a massive stroke, The Bluffs, Corey & Mrs Celeste have been absolutely amazing, from the process to get her there, through everything. We did have an issue with the nursing part of it by sending her out to a mental facility when she did not need that. She is there for therapy purposes only. I'm writing this in objection of the 4 star review, 1 star is 4 stars too many stars for this facility. I often say I would not allow the Bluffs NH take care of a house plant and that the "Bluff" is in reference to them saying they will care for your loved ones. They consitently will not communicate with EMS or the facility they send their patients to. It is near impossible to get them to answer the phone and even harder to find someone who knows anything about the patient. My opinion on this matter is one of first hand obse... read more
