Relaxed atmosphere with no urgency at all is NOT what you need when someone shows up with a massive bleeding wound. Staff looked at the wound said ouch and proceeded to yawn their way through the day. Shameful.
Thank you to the staff in the ER. My nurse RN Linda was amazing. She had an amazing bed side manner and a great since of humor. Dr Carter and night shift Dr was amazing also. They didn't do the normal peek in the door, say your going to live and leave. They actually explained what was going on and what the plan was for my care. The billing lady or check in lady constantly coming in and out of my room in the ER wanting money was a little much and rude. We need paid on our Co pay after the fact but, don't come into someone's r... read more
They have put 3 non emergency people in front of me I'm sitting here almost passing out and pucking my gusts up
Got our son in very quickly and had a great nurse and doctor. Our son fell in love with the nurses there.
