Yesterday my sister had to take me to the ER. I live in Littlefield but I chose to go to level and. The experience was excellent. My nurse was a gentleman named Clif. He was so nice and made me feel at ease with all the pain going on. My Dr was Hadzic, he also was amazing. Very professional but down to earth. Thank you for the excellent care. I truly say this is the best small town ER
Went in for Heart Palpitations, did an EKG and blood work. Told me I was fine and didn’t go over the EKG chart with me or explained to me what it could’ve been. Told me to go home and take Tylenol or baby aspirin. Went to Lubbock Covenant Urgent Care. Everything was great explained that I needed to get checked out, and was upset why levelland didn’t keep me. They lined me up with a Cardiologist in the next 3 days. Levelland is not good at all. Go to Lubbock on 19th. It may be packed but Staff is awesome!
I went in with awful back pain. Ive had to have surgery for a kidney stone in the past, so I was thinking that’s what was happening. The nurse walked me back to the furthest room available…mind you I could barely walk. Gave me a cup for a urinalysis and said, “you know where the bathroom is right?”. NO I didn’t!!! She reluctantly took my vitals. She NEVER came back to my room to even get the specimen. I guess it was shift change because the male nurse I had later was great! Horrible customer service, they really made me feel uncomfortable taking my children there.Also they made me feel like a horrible mother
Horrible customer service. ER administration overnight is horrible and rude!! administration during the day. Absolutely rude. They’re supposed to be the face of this hospital. Do better Covenant.
