I have been here before, and left a five star review. But this time the staff only earned a one. The rudeness and lack of professionalism and care were horrible.
Cassie is the rudest nurse I have ever met. I have been going here for a long time and never have I ever felt so unwelcome as Cassie made my family and I feel today. She was rude, hateful, disrespectful and I am honestly baffled at the fact that she’s allowed to act like that. Really disappointed because I loved this place, but as long as Cassie is there we will not be returning.
I did not go to the Covenant main campus ED that was the best choice I made. I was seen at the ED off of Quaker ave, they by far were the best ED staff covenant has!! Dr. Gonzales and the staff were great, fast, and took great care of me. Thank y’all so much I’m home I’m better.
