⭐ 1 STAR — PLEASE READ BEFORE TRUSTING THIS ER WITH AN INJURY I would give this emergency center ZERO stars if Google allowed it. My husband went to Covenant Health Emergency Center on Quaker after falling off a skateboard while trying to protect our daughter. He landed awkwardly on his shoulder and was in significant pain. My PC sent me here today, concerned I may have developed pneumonia. The staff, nurses, doctor, and rad tech were all very kind and helpful. Great experience in an ER, where usually things are rushed and devoid of empathy. They really seemed to care. Dr. Leach was positive and compassionate. Highly recommend.

Previously gave this place a 5 Star due to Dr Welch and his concern and kindness. Went back last night bc I was still sick and Dr. Walkup was there and the a male Hispanic nurse and they were very dismissive, terrible bedside manner. Let me be discharged still sick with fever. Woke up today with fever so high my son had to get me medication bc I couldn't walk and was shaking terribly. If you go, ask what dr is on duty. It its walkup, you're better off going to a homeless man in a dumpster bc he treated me like a liar and inc... read more
