I did not go to the Covenant main campus ED that was the best choice I made. I was seen at the ED off of Quaker ave, they by far were the best ED staff covenant has!! Dr. Gonzales and the staff were great, fast, and took great care of me. Thank y’all so much I’m home I’m better.

I visited this ER clinic in the middle of the night for severe facial swelling, worried it could be something serious like sepsis. From the moment I arrived, the staff -front desk, nurses, rad tech, and doctor were incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. I was taken care of quickly, and every concern I had was thoroughly addressed. The team’s professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of urgent care!

The front desk staff and nurses were incredible but the doctor was a joke. He walked in after already deciding what his treatment plan would be without even seeing me. He failed to properly diagnose me. I went to see another physician the next after and was diagnosed with pneumonia. He didn’t even listen to my lungs. Now I am stuck with a $2,700 bill for a visit that was a complete waste of time.
