physician's communication was condescending when addressing routine questions about the care plan and addressing family concerns... id be more tolerant of that if he or anyone in this facility bothered to wash their hands even once let alone put on gloves.... 8 years in school and they cant follow the 300 year old medical practice of hand hygiene ? this isnt an ER.. its a clinic / urgent care that bills at ER rates.
Came in because I fell and my foot was hurt and swollen. Took an X ray and nothing was broken. Dr told me I had gout…. Didn’t test my blood or anything like he should to diagnose that. This was two months ago and the pain never came back. I don’t have gout!
Worse excuse for an er I’ve ever seen. I was in so much pain about to pass out, & they were getting people back before me that came in after me. They just need to shut it down or call it a doctors office
Front desk is always friendly. RN Stephanie & Miguel + ED Tech Dustin were helpful. Dr. Capt was amazing!
