I had taken a bad fall. Rebecca was my nurse she was so wonderful to talk to. Dustin was thd best at getting an IV stick. Sunshine was so calming for a test. Dr. Ross kept me calm by talking during stitching. They were all amazing and calmed my soul after the stressful moment. The clinic was so nice and very professional.
Don’t go to this urgent care center. Rude intake staff, long wait times etc….
I went in for something fairly simple, we needed a quick xray for my 10 year old daughter. Even though in pain we were in good spirits until we were met with the first nurse there. We greeted her, and not much of any type of introduction, or instruction. I found it odd she was so non verbal when directing a child for what she needed to do medically. Staff was very thorough and compassionate. They answered all of my annoying questions and kept me comfortable while waiting on a transfer.
Not only did they perform an unnecessary EKG when I complained of lung pain and was diagnosed with Pneumonia in part of my left lung but they did not call in my prescription and I still do not have my prescription filled after an hour at the pharmacy. Anther
