I went in for something fairly simple, we needed a quick xray for my 10 year old daughter. Even though in pain we were in good spirits until we were met with the first nurse there. We greeted her, and not much of any type of introduction, or instruction. I found it odd she was so non verbal when directing a child for what she needed to do medically. Staff was very thorough and compassionate. They answered all of my annoying questions and kept me comfortable while waiting on a transfer.

Not only did they perform an unnecessary EKG when I complained of lung pain and was diagnosed with Pneumonia in part of my left lung but they did not call in my prescription and I still do not have my prescription filled after an hour at the pharmacy. Anther

The nurse was very rude to me the minute she put me in the room, She told me I wasn't having an emergency and didn't need to be at an er . Then left my room to talk about me where I could hear her at the nursing station . She then discharged me before a doctor could even look at me . None of my concerns were even acknowledged . I was in tears by the end , I will never go there again .
