Absolutely fantastic! Great doctor. Helps explain issues and offers helpful information. Sets with you and discusses all areas of diagnosis and medication thoroughly.
Doctor Charles was by far one of the best I've ever been to, had a abscess on my leg, I was in and out in less than an hour, very professional all around good guy and place.
I seriously disagree with the previous review. I have had nothing but first rate care from this doctor. She takes the time to listen to me, goes back through my chart to make sure we've followed up on previous visit results, sets me up with necessary specialists & outside appointments, and acts like she cares. I have recommended her to friends and family and do so without hesitation.
I would drive out of my way to go to a different med.express than go back here. I went in with specific symptoms and was treated for something not related in anyway. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
If you care about your life or loved ones- DONT go to this Doctor.. I' feel we gave Dr Grimshaw way to many chances. We should've left a long time before we did. It almost cost a life by staying with him. Listen to your gut feeling - when it tells you something isn’t right... It’s not.. Dumb and rude staff, dr not much better, find someone else.. Incompetence!!!!
Dr blatantly lies. Doesn't care to get past history. High pollen count and passes off as a cold and not allergies and asthma. Doesn't care if you lost voice, sore throat, coughing to the point that a person can't communicate. Won't give a doctor slip for work. You don't have a temperature so you can work. Don't care if you work around patients. Only a lots 15 minutes and not more than one issue at a time. Come back 2+ months to discuss other issues and then argues with patient on why they are there. Took 2 hours for a scheduled drug test and physical. Very poor time management. Overall wouldn't go here unless I absolutely had to
