Worrisome for a hospital to say they don’t have any records of my special needs daughter getting an echocardiogram there after being referred. Not to mention the several people I spoke to who all had an attitude as if being concerned about my daughters medical records being missing is not a big deal.
If you are pregnant and needing ultrasound images DO NOT use Haley. After several ultrasounds we have found her to consistently be in a bad mood. On top of this she lacks a good bedside manner. Being able to see your first babys ultrasound should be special and something you cherish.... Unfortunately the experience here really made for a negative environment.
