One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hospital. Here on vacation and sat around for 8 hours on Christmas. They leave you in a room and forget about you basically. Utterly ridiculous.
They would not accept our Tricare for life insurance. Unfortunately they don't support our military.
Unprofessional. Slow. Uncaring. It did not look to busy. Took 4 hours for my wife to be seen. To do nothing. Overall this place ducked. I feel bad for the area residents.
I just want to highlight Mr. Howard F. From Le Covenant front desk. What a nice person. He was so helpful, kind, gentle and sweet when we just got to request for help!!!! More people like him make this world a better one.
ER is slow and has no sense of what an emergency is. Husband went in with chest pain and tightness and we set in the waiting room for 3 hours before seeing a doctor. Once we got in the room we saw the doctor once. Nurse even admitted that we shouldn’t have had to sit in the waiting room that long with a level 2 emergency.
