Unprofessional. Slow. Uncaring. It did not look to busy. Took 4 hours for my wife to be seen. To do nothing. Overall this place ducked. I feel bad for the area residents.
I just want to highlight Mr. Howard F. From Le Covenant front desk. What a nice person. He was so helpful, kind, gentle and sweet when we just got to request for help!!!! More people like him make this world a better one.
ER is slow and has no sense of what an emergency is. Husband went in with chest pain and tightness and we set in the waiting room for 3 hours before seeing a doctor. Once we got in the room we saw the doctor once. Nurse even admitted that we shouldn’t have had to sit in the waiting room that long with a level 2 emergency.
My experience there wasn't bad - it was their billing department that made me rethink using them ever again. My son had labs that were ordered, I paid my co-payment when we were there . A few months later I received a bill from them via email - When I called the lady just answered with her name only - I had to confirm with her that I was even calling the right place. She proceeded to tell me that my insurance decided to make the bill 100% mine - when I asked her why she responded with " don't know", I said can you re-submit ... read more
