I’ve been apart of so many different gyms and was never able to stay consistent. Covenant has great programming and amazing coaches. I appreciate how dedicated they are to good form, providing mods and overall encouragement 🫶🏻
Awesome gym awesome people. Very clean. Workouts get you moving ! Not too much barbell usage more kettlebell and weights
12/10 gym and people. I love it here! The owners, Sean and Kelly, are some pretty amazing people and their gym and community reflects that. I leave each workout sweaty, with a smile on my face, and waving bye to my friends!!!!! Come join you won’t regret it!
