Called at 9:11 am. By 10:20 am mace had replaced two springs and door was fixed. Reasonable price, incredible service.
This is our go to garage door repair guy. He’s extremely prompt. Diagnosed quickly and accurately. Today, he diagnosed our issue within a literal minute and repaired on the spot for a very fair price. Such a rare thing to find now. I’ve had companies try to sell me two new garage doors when one was damaged. The first time I hired him, Mace came out and fixed just the damaged one for a fraction of others prices. We feel lucky to have found this service!
I just paid our repair guy $350 for a spring. I asked our repair man about the pricing of the replacement part and how much that part would be on Amazon. I thought that was a normal question, just looking to save money. After I paid and he left he mistakenly texted my husband, whom he thought was his co-worker, making fun of me for asking about buying a part on Amazon. Mace at Covenant Garage Doors did our family a solid. Somehow our garage door was backed into, from the inside and my wife car is the only we park there. We still don’t know how it happened, I will update when I have more information. Jokes aside, Mace went above and beyond for us. He came by after business hours because we were headed out of town the next day and he wanted to make sure the house was secure.
