This place is in a good location. From the moment I walked through the door the staff was very friendly. The place is very clean. I absolutely loved Dr.Clark he spent very ample amount of time at my visit& was very thorough and quite frankly one of the best providers I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked in healthcare for over 12 years! I really appreciate the fact of all the testing he has ordered and actually listening to my concerns.
Visited to get an allergy test. Took over an hour and a half to be seen. Dr. Clark was snide and almost belittling. I understand approaching patients with a no nonsense nature is professional, but it seemed like he went out of his way to add unhelpful comments on the situation, rather than explain the next steps in the process. When I eventually DID get my tests and the results turned up negative he withheld this information and lied about it being "false negatives". I ended up getting a second opinion from aiken ENT. Dr. Clark & staff are wonderful! They genuinely care about their patients and follow up to see if you are having any issues! My 3 year old has severe allergies, for a mom that can be very scary! I am so happy to have the knowledge and support of this team behind me!
