Staff will answer the phone just to tell you that you've called too early. Nothing in the automated system indicated I shouldn't have called and given the call picked up much to my surprise.... I clearly deserved attitude.
I have waited months to be seen and I get called less than a month before the appointment I was FINALLY able to schedule just be be told that it would have to be rescheduled because the Dr is going to a conference. Absolutely unacceptable. I was told I could go to the ER instead, well they won’t take me since I’m not visibly dying.
Could do better with timely response to refills and avenues to do that. They don’t want refill requests on the phone. What do you do then when the pharmacy and portal both say they can’t refill? Took me hours of trying including a ridiculous wait time on the phone to make the request and had to deal with snippy support staff due to the ‘no phone refills’ stance. Boo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Whats the point in calling someone telling them they need emergency procedures, or a staff memeber saying you have an internal bleed, and then having a call service that has paid staff to tell you you'll have to call back the next day, then no one will return your call? Dealt with this two years ago also for routine EGD. Very frustrating.
Without a doubt the worst place to receive care. I received an EGD was told they would follow up, they never did. For 2 months. I kept calling and I was apparently never a patient there. Received a HIDA scan and told they would follow up, they never did. They didn’t even know about my appointment. Dr Lillagans office is horrible. It took me over a year to book an appointment with him.
