This place has just added more stress on top of the stress of being sick in the first place. It took me months to get an appointment because they didn’t have the schedule made yet and they were full for the next 3 months. When I did go to my appointment they had me waiting for an hour before I was finally seen by the resident when there was no one in the waiting room. Staff will answer the phone just to tell you that you've called too early. Nothing in the automated system indicated I shouldn't have called and given the call picked up much to my surprise.... I clearly deserved attitude.

I have waited months to be seen and I get called less than a month before the appointment I was FINALLY able to schedule just be be told that it would have to be rescheduled because the Dr is going to a conference. Absolutely unacceptable. I was told I could go to the ER instead, well they won’t take me since I’m not visibly dying.

Could do better with timely response to refills and avenues to do that. They don’t want refill requests on the phone. What do you do then when the pharmacy and portal both say they can’t refill? Took me hours of trying including a ridiculous wait time on the phone to make the request and had to deal with snippy support staff due to the ‘no phone refills’ stance. Boo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
