They do not care about family and expected me to leave my 11 year old stranded at school. Stated appt would be 10:40 but when we arrived they said 11:40.

This place has just added more stress on top of the stress of being sick in the first place. It took me months to get an appointment because they didn’t have the schedule made yet and they were full for the next 3 months. When I did go to my appointment they had me waiting for an hour before I was finally seen by the resident when there was no one in the waiting room. Then when I go to the pharmacy once a few days after the appointment and again almost 2 weeks later to pick up my prescription they don’t have it cause the ord... read more
Staff will answer the phone just to tell you that you've called too early. Nothing in the automated system indicated I shouldn't have called and given the call picked up much to my surprise.... I clearly deserved attitude.
