Dr. Paul Richardson is amazing! His knowledge and bed side manner are admirable! I had to find my own specialist and I went with Dr.Richardson based on his years of experience and reviews I had read and he did not disappoint. Dr. Richardson is the worst, he is rude in every way. Staff have no compassion for patients from what I saw towards my dad and to other patients in the waiting room. Moving my fathers care to Unity Point!
Paid $290 deposit just to sit in a waiting room for 3 hours and never get the answers i was looking for
