Don't know why we're asked to be here 2 hours early. Got us checked in in less than 40 min. MRI schedule for 1pm. It's 2:15 now. Still waiting. No one stop by to explain. Asked and they'll check but never came back. Took away everything those friendly check in staff did. My son is 8 and has nothing to eat since dinner last night, apple before bed and water at 9am. He's starving. We were here about 3 months ago...same experience. Whoever run this place need to take a closer look. Children's hospital? Maybe whoever is in charg... read more
I don't know what we would have done without this hospital and the wonderful people that work there. Our 6 month old was brought in by ambulance, and our 4 year old soon followed with the same health condition to the children's emergency room. It was a horrible experience for us as a family, but the doctors, nurses and staff worked very hard to help our children get well fast, and did all that they could to keep us comfortable at the same time. I appreciate everything that they did for us.
