Careful, kind, consistent and fur baby focused. I can count on everyone in the building caring about my pet. I appreciate the exceptional care and concern for my fur baby. Vet Tech Bree kept my Blu calm and treated him as if she was his person; she was fantastic! Dr. Markley spent time getting to know Blu. She was articulate in describing her passion for feline care and summarized her findings at the end of the visit. My boy has a fantastic place to go for his care!
We brought my son’s dog, Maya, to Covenant Care for a second opinion after she had been diagnosed with pyometra at Town & Country Vet off Bandera Rd . The difference in care was truly night and day. From the moment we walked in, everyone—from the front desk staff to the veterinarian—showed genuine kindness and compassion. Excellent Service & Care& Quality Technicians & Veterinarians
Service was good, had to put my elderly cat to sleep, was told that I would be getting a card with his nose and paw print. Has been a month now and called to check status and was told no return card was sent back to them and they have no control of the mail, and no file of his print now I don't any last memory of him. I am heartbroken 💔 😥
The staff are very nice here but the fact they couldn’t even spell my dogs name right on his plaque is ridiculous. Obviously it wasn’t made with love.
