RecommendedI just saw my Aunt this weekend and was reminded of what an amazing job Pacific Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation did with her. She was transferred from Delano and when she first arrived to PGNRC I couldn’t believe it was her! She was non ambulatory, physically weak, not eating, not talking much and couldn’t hardly remember a thing..... a year and a half later, she’s eating, dancing, playing bingo, speaking her mind and most importantly here with us today! You guys didn't take care of my family member right !!! Plus your night shift people hesitate to report it . What kind of place does that . They know who they are NIGHT SHIFT . I hope they shut you guys down
Nancy was very rude and in sympathetic to our needs. My mom almost went into septic shock because she was soaked in her own urine because she wasn’t changed at night. My mom almost died and her diaper almost disintegrated when they took it off. My mom was rushed to emergency and got better. Unfortunately due to her insurance, my mom was going to go back and give them one more chance because my mom Needed physical therapy and guess what. Nancy denied her stating they couldn’t help her!!! RecommendedI give Pacific Gardens FIVE STARS Clovis Community was dragging their feet on the paperwork to transfer my Aunt DeAnna Mills to Pacific Gardens. I phoned the Administrator of Pacific Gardens, Bart VanderWal and within one hour Clovis Community had the paperwork ready for transfer. Pacific Gardens cares about their patients.
If you truly care about your loved ones. Do not take them to this facility. Typical care home. The patients are abused and the staff are under-skilled and qualified. The doctor is a loser. The admin staff is worthless. You have been warned
