RecommendedHad surgery yesterday I don’t remember my nurses names but they were all so wonderful! Even when I woke up and started panicking. Great group of healthcare workers, thank you for being kind and working through this pandemic.
Yes I lost my dear dad! Unfortunately I trusted covenant hospital and I was assured they were taking good care of my dad! But, they failed, they neglected to do proper practice to make sure he is getting right treatment, they didn’t pay attention to his CT or any other lab results that was done, and they left him unattended without any proper monitoring, and he died of heart attack on heart floor, and they didn’t even know till they found him dead! The fact that I haven’t had to go to Covenant or their emergency room is a blessing. Because looking at all of the reviews from 4 YEARS AGO UP UNTIL NOW about how in general all of their staff just treats patients like 💩 and still nothing has changed is beyond disappointing. I’m frustrated for all the patients who had to endure that type of interaction. The structure there definitely needs to change to be able to handle all patients issues and concerns more efficiently. 🤬😤. Definitely would not recommend Covenant.
First of all waited 10 hours before been seen!!! Due to The COVID 19 you would think working in a Hospital Staff would take more precautions. I saw Nurses and Security guards walking around without masks. At one time I counted 7 people in the waiting room without mask and Hospital staff just looked at them and did not make them put on a mask. Wheelchairs were NOT wiped down after being used. The few times I went there. The wait time was ridiculous. The doctors looked at me like a crazy person when I described my symptoms and I eventually left there to UMC because they didn't look like they even cared.

I have been waiting in the Emergency Room since 7 o clock. It’s now midnight. I came in bc I had a seizure and hit my head several times. They have taken multiple people back that arrived after I did. And to top it off there is a patient who is undressing and causing a scene every hour making everyone uncomfortable however, no one is doing anything about it especially the nurses and police officers. I’m guessing he’s a regular bc they all know his name.
