Where do I even start with Covenant Builders. If you are currently in the process of building a house with them - please STOP and RUN. You will thank us later! They recently closed my house in July 2025 and still have yet to complete the punch list which was supposed to be done within 60 days of closing. Not but 4 years in our home and we had thousands of dollars of repairs- and they keep coming. The repairs are structural (sinking floors) to plumbing (missing parts!) to unsafe electrical shortcuts (news alert: aluminum is cheaper but doesn’t work for HVAC units).
I want to preface this by saying this is the first review I’ve ever written — but I felt genuinely compelled to share our experience in hopes of helping others avoid the same unfortunate situation we’ve endured with Covenant Building and Design (CBD).
