Central Scheduling lady Jennifer was the most rudest woman I have ever interacted with. Told me they were going to transfer me only to hang up on me twice. Then when I called back they kept hanging up on me. All I did was ask to transfer me to the right area as the number on the letter was where she answered me.

Don"t call and ask a question because after waiting on line for 10 minutes, Nicole was rude.
Rochelle was amazing!! She was thoughtful, courteous, put me right at ease and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Because of her skill and compassion, this intrusive procedure was done before I knew it. I can't thank her enough.
