Great service from Covenant Automotive! Adam was super friendly and easy to talk to. They have a very nice area where you can wait...stocked with snacks. Totally recommend them for honest, stress-free car service! First timers and will definitely be coming back for all our auto work.
Wow, all I can say is wow! I brought my Scion FRS to Covenant Auto after going to different shops and being turned away because my car has aftermarket parts on it. The crew not only accepted the challenge they stuck with it until they found a solution. I also want to point out that the issue ended up being a cracked header and rather then just telling me you have to buy a new one they actually took the time and effort to bring my header to a welder to repair the crack. Adam at Covenant Automotive went above and beyond to fix the AC system which had been infested with field mice. He ran a camera through all the vent systems, found a couple of mouse nests and cleaned them all out. He also looked under my spare tire in the trunk and found one there. Once he had cleaned and deodorized he also ran an ozone machine to kill any odors stuck in the carpet. Experienced Lexus and Toyota technicians. Quality work and good service. I trust them. Update: Replaced all four rotors and brake pads. Excellent as always. Update: I made a third visit recently because of rough idling and frequent misfiring. Adam identified the need for ignition coils and immediately ordered them from a local parts supplier. I had my 2008 Lexus ES serviced at Covenant Automotive, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They repaired my radiator and water pump, for an excellent price. Not only did they handle the repairs professionally and on time, but they also surprised me by washing my car, buffing out some scratches, and cleaning interior carpet stains.
