Had an excellent experience here! I’ve been doing my own hair for years and this is my first time coming to a salon. Natasia was an amazing stylist and had great patience as I tend to be very picky about things when it comes to my hair. She heard me out and did exactly what I wanted and left me with a wonderful cut as well. Would definitely recommend and come back!
I believe I have found my forever salon! Coven salon was very accommodating, I called on Saturday evening and was able to get an appointment for the very next day on Sunday morning. (it was actually Easter Sunday) The pure customer service overall was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My stylist Chris, did an amazing wash and cut. I absolutely love my hair, walking out with it made me feel so happy and pretty!
I recently visited Coven Color after finding them on Groupon, hoping to find a convenient salon closer to home. While the customer service was excellent, I was unfortunately disappointed with the results of my service. I scheduled a consultation beforehand to ensure that the stylist could achieve the highlights I wanted, especially since this was for my wedding photos.
