The staff are very welcoming and were very accommodating when I came in. I was a little nervous and was very hesitant with my questions, but they were very understanding and answered my questions clearly and nicely. I got my side lip pierced by Sadie, and she was the best. She walked me through the whole process, which calmed me down significantly. I totally recommend coming here to get piercings. The interior of the place was also very nice. It felt very homey for me, and the staff's energy was great. They're wonderful.
